I'm not even sure what to say. This is such a powerful chapter. It's clear that Tom's getting worse, but at least he has Bill with him to even him out.

Oh God. Tom is hospitalized now? I don't see this lasting much longer.
This was a particularly heart-aching chapter. Tom is so far gone. I agree yet disagree with Georg. Tom needs Bill there with him as much as Bill needs to be there for Tom, but Bill does need a break. At the rate things are going, I don't see Bill coming out of this in good shape, if he comes out of it at all.
It's so painful to see Tom like this.

I adored this story. The only part that grossed me out was Tom telling about what some of the girls have done. The idea of anyone finding it arousing to be shit on simply makes my stomach churn in the most painful of ways. Haha. The spitting thing didn't gross me out in the least.
I almost wish the story didn't end where it did. I'm curious now as to what Bill had planned that would exhaust Tom. XD
