If my twin died, I think I might snap as well. Losing your other half... I can't even comprehend. This is terribly sad that Tom is living in a fantasy but maybe you're right... maybe he is happy like this and that's ok. Very thought provoking
Author's Response: Thank you. The inspiration for this was just thinking about how anyone would handle losing someone so special to them. I think anyone would easily choose to detach themselves from reality in order to...live in a fantasy world, that easily complies with what your heart and sanity needs.
