Author's Response: Don't worry, things will move relatively fast in this fic since it's only going to be ten chapters. ;P The entire thing's already planned out, and hopefully I can get to writing it all out soon.
Uhm they're in their 17-18's, and yeah I'd say look as they do in the banner except Bill's hair is just down instead of up in a mane. Wilhelm's hair is more Rette Mich era though. ;3
