I love the humor in this, and the way Tom has trouble with saying "I love you" to Bill's face right up until Bill needs to hear it most. This fic has so many beautifully imaged moments; the dark stillness of the pool and the two of them skinny-dipping in privacy, Bill's sparkling eyes after Tom orders the whole damned menu, the top of the roller coaster and that dazzling soulmate kiss. And ahh, when Tom finally nerves himself to ask, and Bill tells him he can have anything. That was the best. Also, incredibly hot sex as always! Brilliant job, ladies.
