Me again. I saw your author note and I just wanted to be sure that you knew I was reviewing the characters, not you as an author. I certainly in no way meant to upset you with my review and I truly hope that I didn't. It's absolutely your story to do with as you please.
It was simply my opinion that the way this last chapter read, the two had reached a point that realistically there was no way to come back from.
Even if it was a dream with Bill/Bushido, he still spent the night at another man's house, the same man that he'd cheated with before. And after putting that kind of ultimatum on Tom, how could he rightfully do that and then throw Tom out for not even cheating again (I'm assuming the baby was from someone he cheated with prior to the agreement?). Add that with a previous review that you responded that Bill was going to father a child from someone other than Tom, I think the conclusion would logically be that cheating was popping up again. And I just don't know a couple that could bounce back from all that, lol.
But please, don't take the review that I left to heart. It was not meant as an attack on you personally or your talent as a writer. I would neer attack anyone in that sense. I commend all the authors on this site for putting themselves out there in this form.
I am however slightly offended that TSOA wants us to be sent her way if we've upset you. I do believe my contact information is on my bio if she'd like to discuss something with me. As I'm assuming I'm one of the ones that upset you.
I do hope you've understood my intentions from my previous review and that it didn't hurt your heart, that was never my intent. Now that I've written a novel, I'll shut up now.
Author's Response: Yesterday was a bad day for me in gerenal. TSOA was joking I'm sure of. I believe I was upset because I upset my reviewers or maybe because of other reasons. I don't know anymore. You touched on some good points in this. About Bill fathering another child was an idea that I quickly stopped because I didn't want my head chopped off by the reviewers. Lol. The idea of Tom fathering another child came from my friend. She wanted me to add it. Some reviewers were right about Bill though and you too. I just have to say that I adore this chapter. and while I am tired of the cheating, I also think that at this point I'm Bill/Bushido. I understand that that isn't going to happen, and maybe I'm cynical. I don't think they could work it out. If it keeps happening, which it has, it's over.

Sorry I just have to get some more stuff off my chest. I really love your story but I really don't see the point of another installment if your not going to have both Tom and Bill change. Tom didn't have to cheat and father another child, Bill could have cheated on Tom with Anis and Tom didn't have to be the villain. Honestly I feel like you made Tom do what he did so readers would have sympathy for Bill cheating. I don't want to feel bad for Bill and I don't. I hate the fact that he never takes responsibility for his actions. Its always he gave me the attention and affection that Tom didn't. At least Tom didn't try and shift the blame to Bill when he cheated. He never said its because you weren't doing this or that. A cheater is a cheater Bill wants to think he is high and mighty because he only did it three times but his is actually worse because he became emotionally invested.

Ugh, so they both cheated again? Well I think at this point neither one deserves the other. They clearly don't love each other. How disappointing. And Bill can step off his high horse any time now. He's no better, they're both pretty horrible characters at this point. I was happy there was going to be no more cheating, I guess I missed something somewhere. But there's just been entirely too much cheating for me to realistically believe that it can work out at all in the end because there is no way it could.

I really just broke down in tears at this chapter. I hate Bill because he cheats and thinks about his husband and kids and then still does it. Talking about Tom doesn't deserve him. Well actually they both deserve each other. That was nasty and I bet Bill will be pregnant with Anis's child and I hope is does happen because he truly needs to see how easy it is to f**k up.
