daww this is actually cute. Bill must remind himself that he'll have to keep his hands to himself though since she's so young *giggles* hmmm im interested to see where this is going. And though tongue rings are nice and all I don't think a nine year old should have them, but that's just my opinion ^_^

Though I think you should tone down that 'she's perfect if she was older thing', it rings a little false. Give her some little-girl tendencies and flaws, etc. I'm also not keen on her having a tongue piercing. ^^;
