“Shit.” Gustav frowned and turned his eyes to the television. There were reruns of an old game show on. He glanced down the hall again and saw Bill poking his head out of his bunk, staring down either side of the hall. He caught Gustav’s eye and looked away quickly.
Gustav sighed for the last time that day.

“Tom flips a shit when I touch his guitars,” Bill said softly. “I don’t dare go near Georg’s. I always knew I wasn’t allowed to play your drums, I don’t know why I did it."
