i dont understand why tom just randomly started seizing? i mean...they would have already pumped him right? and um...just as a side note, when someone comes into a hospital having attempted suicide they're immediately put on a watch, you room is wide open and if you have to go to the bathroom it's with the door open and a guard outside watching. but so far i like the story. i wanna see what happens next.
Author's Response: As a result of the overdose, Tom is experiencing liver failure. Seizures are a common result of liver failure. Therefore, tah-dah, seizure. And they did pump him, but not in time. He was at home alone when he took the pills, it would've taken a while for anybody to find him. And if you'd payed attention to the story, you'd notice that there was, in fact, a nurse in the room at the beginning of the chapter. Bill asks the nurse to leave, and I'd say that she assumes that he can take care of Tom. Also, considering that in the previous chapter, which takes place shortly beforehand, it was everyone's belief that Tom had been drugged, nobody, with the exception of Bill, of course, would be too concerned about Tom committing suicide.

This chapter, to me, was kind of confusing though. How much later does this take place from the last chapter? How did they get to that conversation, at that point in time?

Ok, I'm about to die to know what's up with Tom. It's usually Bill in these stories being so needy and angsty! Don't get me wrong I like that, buuutttt, it's a nice change of pace. Please update soon, can't wait to see what happens.
