wow. I- I just...wow. Its great, fantastic even, but if you want it to be more fluffy i think bringing us further into Bill/tom's relationship and then breaking it and then watching it fall apart would be awesome. But I think its awesome no matter what!

have a range of emotions for Tom. at the moment his only reaction is insanely angry and psychotic. Give him more emotional scope.
Also, give a bigger build up to Bill's illness, just to give a bit more heartache.
