I'm very glad I decided to read this! Very interesting first chapter! This is original and I think it's the first fic I read where Tom is a lawyer! Since I'm studying Law at the moment, this story definitely caught my interest! Can't wait to see where you're gonna take this. =)

In all honesty, I saw this story then decided against reading it. Well, I saw it so many times after that, that I decided to take a chance and read it. A couple chapters in and I still didn't know if it was gonna hold my attention. Some hours later when I was almost done with it I couldn't even put my laptop down. This story was quite addictive and loads better than I thought it would be.

Hi.
I was first a bit reticent about your story. I don't really like cheating stories, 'cause I don't understand this kind of behaviour.
But I went past my apprehension in reading the first chapter....
And I quickly found me reading all the story! I don't regret it one bit !
- The story is a bit fast in some aspects but it always remains coherent.
- hesitation, advances, steps backward, deny, acceptance, hurt, joy.....a plethora of feelings perfectly displayed.
-Our trial chapters are detailed, so real. Tom's researches on every single case...I was so into this, you wrote it so well.
- Then the characters...
* Tom is strong, but sometimes so fragile...a human side you think he didn't have at the beginning. But then all the things Bill made him feel arose...Tom's evolution is so damn good!
* Bill is heart-rending. He wanted to be faithful but sometimes, you couldn't choose against fate and he couldn't resist to his growing feelings. he's so deeply moving by his hesitations, his fears...
*Georg...bad luck for him. Neither Bill nor him deserved such hurtful situations. And despite his harsh outburst in chapter 33...I liked him. He's not a bad guy, Bill was just not for him! ( And I say it mostly because I hardly stand another couple than Tom/Bill in this fandom)
* Andréas, he is harsh against Bill when HE is to blame for the plan. He a bit a mule but at the end he accepets his mistakes and try to forget for his friend's sake.
* Dunja and Gustav are THE friends evryone wants to have. Faithful and always supportive.
This story is poignant, funny, passionate and fascinating...A perfect masterpeice.
I gave you a special mention for the song Tom played at the piano- it's my favorite classic song- and the trial for gays'rights!
Even if the end is a bit cliché, but all was so good that I don't mind.
Thanks a lot for this wonderful story and well done.

Let me just say, I read this whole story this weekend and I've to honestly say this is one of the best stories I read so far. You developed the characters during the story in such a good and realist way. The plot was great so I'm glad you didn't "destroy it" like some authors sometimes do by rushing things, you had the talent to keep realism during all these chapters and it felt real. I'm gonna save this on my favorites because I'm sure this will be one of those stories I'll be reading again in a few years. It gave me shivers when I read it and I get a little sad just thinking it ended (yeah, even if when I started reading this was already finished).
Well, I just wanna congratulate for your work and I think you have new portuguese fan! :P
Hope you'll come back with another story.
