Well, I think this story is somehow a bitter sweet. I didn't have so much difficulties about the style you wrote (about using letters, actual happenings etc. at the point of Bill), but of course using that and first person POV it is challenging. Somehow I do like this one because of the style, so please do keep on writing :)

I'm not sure about what kind of raw criticism I can make of this, because two chapters don't give much, though I can tell that sometimes I do get confused and have to read things over again. Maybe work on that point, because it happens that sometimes you write and you have the whole picture in your head, but readers aren't in your head, so sometimes there are things that we have to imagine, or figure out. Just an opinion, of course. Keep it coming, anyway.
