I agree with you! I don't agree with what he did, but I understand why. I feel bad for all celebrities, really, because they have to put up with people following them constantly, nagging at them and eating away at every piece of privacy that they have. He could have handled it better, true, but I mean, he's just a kid. We're all human and we all make mistakes. I still love and support Tomi, no matter what.
The crazy stalker bitch deserves worse, anyway. Like prison time.
Well done, the tone of this story is amazingly relevant to the current situation, and is heartbreakingly beautiful.
Author's Response: He really could have handled it better, but HEY, what else could he do? I mean it's his new car after all, and they stub a cigarette on it? Besides, his role as a guy prevents him from doing anything else to a girl, so he can't even touch her without the media bitching. I agree with you one hundred percent. Everyone makes rash decisions...especially when they're 19 year old children (yeah, I'm that old) and they've been pushed to the breaking point. I don't condone violence, but I don't know if I would have reacted any differently in that situation. I just wish people would get off their moral high horse and view this from all the different sides. Thank you for writing this story...all of this needed to be said.

I'm really disappointed with a lot of "fans," giving up on Tom just like that. I would have spanked Tom too for hitting a girl, but then I cannot blame him, nor hate him even, because he was provoked and he only wanted privacy. He IS human, and he's not perfect...T___T When some say Tom doesn't know how to respect a fan, I believe THAT fan/stalker doesn't deserve any respect!! I would have hit that f***ing girl myself!
