I read this when you posted at LJ and I'm glad you're sharing it here now. :) The language and accent took a little to grown on me, but once it did I was really sucked in and I couldn't wait for the second part. I swear sometimes the air smelled saltier as I read, you did such a fabulous job. I hope to see more from you. :)

Author's Response: I finally worked up the courage to start posting my fics here! There are so many good authors on this site that I was a little intimidated, but it's such an awesome archive that I couldn't resist. :D I'm so glad you enjoyed the fic, and that the writing worked out the way I hoped it would. Sea stories are some of my favorites, especially fairy tales, and I guarantee I'll be writing more of them in the future! :)
