I loved this so much. It's so beautiful, in a yearning sort of way. The way you narrated it, the character interactions and relationships. I felt for everyone, including Jorg. Just so gorgeous, and different than anything I've ever read. Favoriting now.

oh wow that was beautiful, AW, i am in aw, i loved htis story so much!!! so so so much! it was one of th emost enrapturing tales i've rea din a long while, i was beginning to miss tale of such eloquence and nature, and you've awoken in me the old love for my roots, in the sea, and in the old gealic blood, lol.

AW, this a beautiful tale, as soon as i'm finished reading it i am going to favourite it! i've always had a longing for the sea, yet as soon as i get there i can't seem to work up the courage to put a foot in, somehting about the open water scares me, but i can ALMOST undertsand the loning Tom has for the sea, although its coupled with the longing for what i am sure is his twin, his mother being another like Bill, just as dunja said about the boys, i do hope thsi ends happily, alas i'm off to read the next bit!

I really, really loved this -- I love how the back story was reveled slowly and simply; i loved the interactions between all the boys(esp. the twins of course); and i really loved how it ended on a happy note, because poor Jorg, you know? This is just a sweet and beautiful and wonderful story ^^

Your narrative voice is fresh like mint, and a bit stinging, like looking into the sun a bit too long. Your words and cadence remind me of Susan Cooper, the author of Over Sea and Under Stone. I really hope you write more, because I am most definitely a fan.

To be compared to its author is amazing, and for the comparison to be made by one of the best TH authors is doubly so. Oh my dear lord this... This just dug into the depths of my soul and nestled there for life. I've always had a very tender spot in my heart for Selkie stories of any kind and put to Bill and Tom has just overwhelmed me in all the right ways.
This was absolutely, incredibly stunning from beginning to middle to end. I've fallen in love and I refuse to fall out of it. It would be wonderful if you wrote a sequel to this, I would kiss your feet if you did, but this alone is absolutely perfect as it is too. Gosh. Faved and faved and faved.
