Of course uncle Bill can make Emi sleep. He's so gentile and graceful. I would fall asleep in his arms too. Tom is so cute with both Emily and Bill. I loved the conversation between the two about the different kinds of love. We all know that Bill is in love with Rissa but it's cute that he is starting to realize it too.
