Something that might help your writers block is creating an outline, chapter by chapter. Think of all the things u want to happen in this story, put them in order, then as u write each chapter, your imagination has a guide. I never write without an outline...

OK...I like your story but you went a bit off in Simone's reation. There is NO WAY a mother would be calm when finding out her twins...that are having sex...end up pregnant.
She finds out one of her sons has female sex organs...a fact she would have known before birth and at birth as they diagnose hemaphroditism in the pregnancy.
Ok..so go with your story...she didn't know her son was a hermaphrodite. But when she found out, the logical thing would have been some stronger emotion.. not a smile and an "ok." I'm talking purely human emotion here.
Then to find out that he's pregnant? There would have been tears and more emotion. I can see Simone accepting it all, but there should have been more emotion.
I like your story and it has a lot of potential. To make it more real though think about how people really react to life situations. Imagine telling your mom you're pregnant. How would she react?
I'm a witer myself (although I have no TH completed yet) and I find that if I picture my characters in real life, my characters have a more realistic feel to them.
So ask yourself....would they do this? would they say this? You'll hear your stories sounding more realistic if you do that. Happy writing.
