Author's Response: Because instead of mixing the letters up, Tomi made the numbers backwards. Like 7045 when he should have dialed 0754. Does that help?

Author's Response: The dyslexia made him mix up his numbers. Like, he dialed 7045 instead of 0754. And I never said he doesn't have it now. . .He just hasn't written a whole lot that we've seen yet, right?
