Uh creepy. Reminded me of that story, don't know what it's called in english, but the one about the boy who dreams he's all alone, at first it fun, but then not so much, luckily for him, he wakes up. Bill and Tom just skipped right ahead to the not so much part, and I don't have the feeling they're gonna wake up!
Again well written, I like your style it easy to understand but and the same time you use the language, which makes it more colorful in a way.
To sum up - I can't wait for the next chapter :)

All I'm saying is that, generally speaking, when one is involved in a wreck, he does not simply leave the scene of the crime. It didn't seem to fit.

This all seems very surreal, which I like a lot and goes really well with the plot. I am dying to see what's going on, if the boys really are dead or just... dreaming or having some sort of out of body experience. Or maybe Bill is right about the zombie apocalypse! I will be waiting anxiously for more chapters so I can find out, though! =D
