So, my beloved, we come to this. My mind is on the razor's edge, unable to stay balanced there for long. I waver towards leaving, but I know that would kill you, so I tumble to staying. Then, you bring someone home, and yet again, the sharpness cuts through me. – this is a really good opening. So much is conveyed in so few words.
I wonder – ah they aren’t together.
I can't do that anymore by myself. You have to be there, in my mind. I've tried, but nothing else works.
I beat myself up after I clean up. – awh sad.
You noticed my mistake during In Die Nacht, and you wonder if I'm okay. I try to reassure you, but you don't look convinced. – he knows something’s up.
You tug a sheet of paper out from under the bed, and suddenly you are white, and breathing hard. I realize what is on the paper too late, and you rush out the door holding my love letter to you. – nice!
You tell me to stop being a baby – lol
You say softly that you love me, and I suddenly panic. – nice good transition!
I push you off, and jump out of bed to stand by the window and stare out. I explain that you are normal, and that you need to pretend this didn't happen. – I read an entire fic about this concept…Tom was the aggressor and Bill was the one who wanted it but Tom wouldn’t let him want it.
After a while, you start going back to normal, although you don't voluntarily touch me. – awh you broke him!
I go back to admiring from the shadowed corners, but one thing has changed. When I watch you, I sometimes catch you watching back. I may seem to ignore the glances, but they are locked up in my memories. - *pouts*
Time goes on. We have more concerts, you sing and I play guitar. Nothing is perfect, especially in our lives. However, when I think back to that kiss, I realize that I have passed up heaven. – awh! It’s all bitter sweet!
*pouts and stops feet* I don’t like it…make it a happy ending *stops foot* NOW! *huff*
Author's Response: Lol, I'm sorry, no happy ending on this one. :( I wanted a happy ending too, but this is what came out. Glad you liked the first part, anyway! I love your reviews. They are the most descriptive, interesting responses I've received. ^_^ Thank you very much.
