commotion? I think the term your looking for is concussion, when someone takes a blow to the head. You have a good story here but I think you might want to look into getting a beta because your grammar is off in several places.
Like: "He sat himself carefully down beside him.." has some pretty awkward wording. "He sat down beside him carefully..." works a bit better.
And check your is and are usage.
But otherwise, this story is very entertaining!.

I mean...I'm truly happy because Andreas finally founf someone for himself and Tom and Bill are together and always will be and they're getting MARRIED! And I'm über excited for that but...
