I was quite satisfied with the scary scene with Bill; you wrote his reactions well, especially how he was feeling after the whole ordeal. The thing I would like to "improve" is to have Tom be sweeter to Bill in that scene after the scary part; I didn't get enough worrying and caring vibes from him, considering all that's happened and almost happened to Bill. Maybe he can be extra-sweet in the next chapter? :D

This chapter was definitely the best yet, or possibly tied for best with the Swan Lake dancing chapter. Your writing is getting even more phenomenal. Really tight and well-coordinated plot; you know how to unfold things at the right pace to really emphasize tension or romance or whatever you're doing at the moment, and what's equally amazing is the beautiful aesthetics and rich emotive power of your writing. REVIEW ANSWER: I didn't find it scary. There's not really a whole lot that does scare me, unless it's stuff that I've experienced for myself. To date, I haven't ever been beaten in a bathroom and told to cut myself, but we'll see how next week goes... *wink*
BONUS QUESTION ANSWER: I notice smells and scents, too, so you're not the only one. A friend of mine once asked if I could smell blood, and not like in the movies when there's been a massacre and there's blood everywhere. Just in a normal setting, like if someone pricks their finger with a needle, and there's only a miniscule amount. I can, and do, nearly every day. It's like I can smell the trace amounts.
ALSO: I live in Pennsylvania, so I'm all the way across the country from you. My THF friends all live where their time is 1 and 2 hours behind me, so I know how you feel. I get the short end of the stick. When it's 3 AM here, they're at 2 and 1, so I'm always the first to go to bed. Do you guys get crazy earthquakes and stuff? I don't get much of anything exciting here, so I'm curious.
ALSO: Unfortunately, I'm not very familiar with A.F.I. I've heard their stuff before, but I'm not like a huge fan or anything.

Author's Response: The last earthquake here happened when I was ten, and it was MINISCULE. Nothing ever happens here either, LOL. <...> DUDE, I CAN SMELL BLOOD TOO. It makes me nauseous sometimes, like when I was in the hospital visiting my friend who had a hinge put in his back. I could smell the blood on his bandages and stitches and stuff and I had to get out my perfume and smell it instead, because otherwise I would have thrown up and that wouldn't have been nice. XD
