I grow very sad as the day of their vacation end gets closer. It breaks my heart for E and Tom. :( But I love how happy E is now. And Bill cracked me the hell up with the wedding comment. As usual, I love, love this story to death and wish for it to continue forever. kthanks. LOL.

Waiting for this update, I started to worry the people of Basai might be mean about Tom! But this chapter gives the impression that at least some of them love their Emperor and are pleased to see him find happiness again. I loved that :)

And get Bill - diving in for a kiss! Can't wait to see what the Emperor has to say about that, lol.
Great chapter, as always. I'm really loving that this part is longer than the others, and how we're really getting to know the characters better. Can't wait for the update! x

Author's Response: When the Emperor is happy, the Empire does well. When the Emperor is unhappy, the Empire doesn't do as well. So they're ALL about the Emperor being a happy camper. If that means loving up on himself, then woo, more power to him!

The emperor is amusingly more tom like (the way we all imagine him anywho) than tom himself. Bill's a sweetheart and the background info was interesting. Simone is understandably not nice... kinda too bad.
Author's Response: Hey, considering that he is Tom, one would hope the Emperor had a little bit of Tom-likenessness to him. Bill is a kitten, and background is always good. Simone is totally going to have to get over herself. It's looking like Tom isn't going anywhere.

This chapter made me happy! Could Tom and the Emperor be any cuter! It was adorable to hear them admit that they love each other. I smiled alot :)
I really didn't like Amara at first, but I'm warming to her quite a bit now. She was obviously really in love with Prince Bill. She must be hurting alot. I hope Bill can bring her some comfort, as Tom has for the Emperor.
Can't wait for the party! It's as though we're all invited. Yay!
And finally ... sounds as though the little bird is in for some serious loving! LOL. Soooo looking foward to that!
