Ok first of all I want you to know I love you!
Second this chapter didn’t do anything. I didn’t see any addition to the plotline or movement of the story. We got a few minor details on how Tom sees Bill and that Bill snuck back into the hotel but *shrugs* nothing happened…*sits and waits patiently for the next addition to this story*

If you want to be technical about it, it was that damn rappers’ fault.
Had Bushido not decided he would leak to the press the secret of his irrevocable and indelible infatuation with him then he would have never even come up with the idea to sport a pair of heels and cocktail dress to the last party. Ok, reviewing so you'll show us Bill in lingerie again. Your use of adjectives is a little funky (it sometimes sounds as if you used the 'synonyms' tool in MS word) but overall I really like your storytelling.

He licked his lips, preparing for the burning truth to slide out over them so they would not receive burns as harsh in degree – its about time Tom knew. - *bites lip and blinks waiting for???*
"Where is he! Where’s Bill!" – he’s caught?! Oh my!!!
"Sick.” – why is he covering for Bill….what’s going on?
Tom chuckled lightly to himself and waited until David was safely around the corner before addressing his brother. "Billa, listen, I don’t know what’s going on with you lately, but it’s got to stop. I’ll be back in an hour. Please. Talk to me." – yes you have to talk to Tom!
Tugging the silky material just a tad more down over his thighs, the brunette smoothed out the wrinkles and got to his feet.
’Just one last night.’ – It’s never one last anything! *sigh*
