I think Tom should let Bill handle Andi, but then knowing Bill, he might just chicken out and ask for Andi's apology, etc and Tom wouldn't even have a clue until he has to leave yet again. But Bill can't really just ignore what happened and the fact that he did eventually kiss back and wanted more, even if he still felt that inkling of it feeling wrong because of what we now know was the guilt of cheating.
But does that mean he really has feelings for Andi then? How can he not have them for Tom though, after all that's gone down...
