W.O.W. This story was so powerful. It literally made me cry as I read it, and I honestly envy you for your talent. You really have a wonderful writing style and amazing ability. You moved me so much with this story, you have no idea. I'm still crying as I type this review. I honestly think that you should try to expand on this and write a book, even if it is a short one. I truly believe that you could get this published. It's really an amazing, emotional, moving story and you have an extremely powerful storyline. Your descriptions of the raw emotion the characters feel makes me want to laugh with them and cry with them, but mostly cry. When you wrote about Gustav's experiences in the Russian camps, I was angry, but not at you. I was angry because I knew that they were capable of keeping P.O.W.s under such conditions, as is any country, but it hurts to imagine that they would treat their prisoners almost as badly as the Gestapo did the prisoners in concentration camps. It's not often that one finds a Holocaust/WWII story written from a German perspective, and you truly do an amazing, wonderful job with this. I loved it and it is a beautiful story.

Okay, so that is Max. And is David a blonde version of David Bonk (I know David is a natural blonde, but we're all used to him with dark hair), because if it is, THAT IS AMAZING! He's my favorite. Timo and Christain are second.
It upset me so much to find out that three of the original eight are dead. And poor Gustav. He doesn't deserve to suffer like that.

Christian hissed at Bill. That was amazing. So was Gustav telling the Russian soldier that he couldn't speak Russian. And Jan. Jan is great.
Is Max the Max from the Killerpilze? Because if it is that would be amazing!

Wow. This story is SO GOOD! I thought Tomas got caught by Nazis at first...but getting caught by Jan and Christian is so much better! And poor Gustav...Russia is not going to be fun. Obviously.
It's so cool that you like Panik - I adore them (I listen to "Niemand Hort Dich" way too much) and it's great that they've shown up in the story!

Author's Response: The idea is that it's sort of a gay gentlemen's club, an underground sex club. I was working on other things, mostly Panik fics and an Animorphs one (which actually caused a bit of a stir for being controversial), and so hadn't had time to get around to this one.rnThanks for the review!

So I've been meaning to read one of your stories but I've never gotten around to it (laziness on my part) - until now, and may I say I am very happy to have run across this one.
I love reading/learning about WWII, especially the war in Europe. This story is excellent. You write very well and I like how each of the boys are portrayed. I especially have a soft spot for poor Georg...all his hair got cut off! No fair!
