e)"Tom I...ummm..." seems like a good choice to me. I picture Bill a little bit shy before announcing that he likes Tom too. I really like this story so far...it's different from alot of the other stories I've read so far...I like different! Was excited to see in my tracked stories that you finally added another chapter...wish it had been a bit longer! Oh well, keep up the good work and can't wait for the next chapter!!

I choose b) "Tom I... I like you too." But I wouldn't just rush them into a relationship... if I were you that is. Haha. And I personally love option d. Sounds like something I would say in a tense atmosphere.

I think due to the intense way you left it, and the serious tone of it all, I feel option D is the best. It really captures the mood and I think Tom could benefit greatly from Bill informing him of that.
XD On a more serious note, I loved it. I love how Bill's eyes stayed closed, because I would totes do that too.
