good gramar, good puncuation, good story, good cliff hanger, good use of words and vairriring of words, good spelling (unlike me)
EXECLANT update speed, good length
perhaps get a bit more detail in there
like maybe- “Yes?” I moaned as I turned around to face him, with an exasperated expression.
and perhaps at the end-
Bill winked and strutted off inside leaving me juggling outside with 5 sandwiches staring after him, my mouth hanging open in horror.

Hmm.. this story's got potential to be pretty cute. But I seriously suggest a beta or something since you've mixed up quite a few homynyms and commas. You've also got several run-on sentences. The way that Mandy thinks and how she talks would really throw readers off. It'd also be cool if you added a bit more detail to things and didn't take everything so fast.
But like, other than that, the story's got potential. Remember; a good beta is sometimes considered your best friend. :)
