Please don't make Tom and Bill fight. Just let Tom tell Bill what he's feeling about Bushido and let them come up with a plan to get rid of him.
If Bushido hurt Bill, then Bill gets a restraining order and gets the courts to stop the visitations.
He needs to marry Tom quickly so that if Bushido starts a custody battle, it's a single guy going up against a stable married couple.
