The way he is so perfect, and how people are all wanting to be his friends (LOL Gustav wanted the letter because he licked it) is just so intriguing and... Author's Response: To my knowledge, no, it's not. It's just Bill, apparently using shortened forms of names as actual names is fairly common in Germany. But I wanted something more 'aloof' and 'professional' sounding, so I took an artistic liberty. XD So don't worry about not knowing, there was nothing to know to begin with. ^_^
