I made up a little scene in my mind that Bill didn't like the shirt that poor-broken-nose-kid was wearing... or something like that... haha. x].
And that was a nice insight on Bill's household life, kinda giving some of hte reason why he is such a bitch! *hides behind you incase he heard that*

Tom had the feeling that going to see Kaulitz without being asked was a Really Bad Idea. – dude yeah!

Between you, Gustav, and this Kaulitz kid, it's not like I have a choice… - nope you’re trapped, hope it all works out!

One black outline enclosed another black outline, forming a triple- layered design of three stars. Tom stared at it, and wondered what it was. – that’s so weird that he has stationary for this kind of shit! *shakes head*

Bill was coming home to a household that couldn't have cared less about his arrival. He didn't announce himself at the door, he knew he wouldn't get an answer. His parents generally ignored him; for the most part Bill led an unsupervised life, and he liked it that way. – at this point I’m wonder what Bill’s damage is?

Eventually, the new boy, Tom, came into the room opposite. Bill watched him, not moving.
It didn't take long for Tom to notice Bill at the other window. He looked out almost immediately, and they locked eyes. As before, Tom waved, and Bill didn't react. He didn't have anything to do with those who were outside his elite group, unless he absolutely had to. He usually had one of them take care of matters outside the group. Except for inspections, which he handled personally.
Speaking of which, the boy Tom was holding up his invitation, as if asking a question. He waved it a little impatiently, but Bill still only watched him. Tom finally gave up, turning away from the window and walking out of Bill's sight.
Bill rose to his feet, and glided over to his bed, where he lay down on the satin comforter and closed his eyes. – ok hard core stalkeresk!!! Um this is just weird…why is Bill watching Tom? BTW Tom’s a total dork for trying to engage a guy who is behaving like that. I would just try and close my curtains and avoid, avoid, avoid. So I assume by Bill’s inner monologue that Tom is “outside of his elite group” Hum? I wonder wher this story is going. I really like that I have like NO idea. I can guess but it seems pointless. I like that!

“Hey, Gustav, what happens if I don't go to the inspection?”
Gustav dropped his sandwich, staring at Tom with wide eyes. “What did you say?” – dude just go!

You can tell the hierarchy by the order they sit. The closer you are to Kaulitz, the more he likes you, the higher you are on the foodchain. Higher still if you're on the right side of the table.” – I like that you list this and explain it!

“Someone pissed off Kaulitz, so Andreas punished him. And here comes Andreas' reward...” Marietta groaned.
Andreas sat down in his seat on Kaulitz's right. Kaulitz leaned over, wrapped his fingers around Andreas' chin, and pulled him into a kiss.
“Fucking disgusting,” Marietta growled, watching as Kaulitz slid his tongue into Andreas' mouth. “I can't believe I used to do that shit too... For a fucking kiss. It's so sick.” – awesome! Interesting reward system. I love how it’s integrated into the school that everyone accepts it as “normal” I also like that Marietta seems a bit torn between wanting the past and wanting to hate it. *grins*

Author's Response: LOL, I like Bill's stationary. I have to wonder if he makes it himself. XD Bill is watching Tom because he has nothing better to do. Seriously, he doesn't. Bill's life is kinda boring, actually. XD And it's amusing for him to creep Tom out like that. It's kinda like a reminder to Tom, like "Big Brother is watching." all 1984 and shit. XD Yeah, you pretty much pinned Marietta's personality, in terms of how she feels about Bill's group. *nods*
