This is really interesting, you should totally continue this. I feel kinda sorry for Bill and I so wanna know just a little about Tom. There's history books in practically every room of my house, maybe I'll do some research for u if u need me to. You're so awesome for writting a story like this!

Really well written. You give a lot of good insight into Bill's character.
I don't know anything about Germania beyond what was in Gladiator. I picturing it being pretty savage. Maybe a bit more civilized if it was in 1100 though...
And this chapter wasn't boring at all. You really drew me into Bill's character/situatin/past.
