OMG it's so exciting! I've been waiting for this part to unfold at last, and here it is, probably an underground facility built around the crater a crashed UFO had left...Poor Billy. He had to live in that awful room, where he was continuously observed. I liked the way you described how B's scent affected T. And this line: "The love he felt for his brother was unsuited for siblings" was my favourite of all the chapter. :)
