I've mentioned this on other reviews: I came into the TH / THF fandom in Jan’22. The vast majority of fics I've read are quite old and I'm sure the authors have moved on (and probably wont even see new reviews), BUT I figure why not leave one anyway… I enjoyed this fic and wanted to say thank you for writing and sharing it!

I even have to admit that Simone is a bit bitchy. Most mothers treat their kids equally not yelling at one and not the other. She makes me sort of mad. Good story though.

awe I really liked your last chapter so I don't know why it didn't get reviews like you usually get but maybe my review would make up for the lack of with the quality and quantity of mine.
I love that they still play childhood games at this age. well I can't say I don't sometime me and my brother still chase, hit and tickle eachother it's just we never ended up with a kiss. so I assume they still play arround like sibblings in a way. but with their feelings for eachother it goes to a whole new level.
oh the dvd thing happened with my little bro. well remember what I said last chapter well after that incident our father was reorganizating our dvd collection and he notice without a paddle missing and looked everywhere and asked where it was and I was like tim's room. then my brother got introuble but not for the reason you would think. well my dad yelled for my brother and he said what's this. oh it my friends he said. I'm like ya right. then he keep saying it was a friends that he was holding. well my dads like it cool you don't have to explain. very liberal when it comes to boys.. .well he was upset because he wanted the movie that goes to the case. my bother always puts things in the wrong cases. so to this day we never found that movie and he got punished for losing the dvd and not the porn. I would get yelled at for being caught with porn. ah I hate boys they get away with everything because it is exceptable behavior for male.
ok well back to your story simone's reaction was harsh hitting below the belt saying that both boys had to be separated. when they shouldn't have those dvd's in their room if she doesn't want them to see. but I think she should have been a little understanding and believed him. but your right she was acting evil. and tom did act very rebel teen.
I thought that simone was going to come up stairs to yell at him and I was like no she's going to separate them.
oh and I think the reason tom gets introuble and not bill is because he always seems more dangerous or knowing. I mean bill's naïve and simone wouldn't think that he would do something like that it's not in his character. and tom's more experienced and he seems like he would start the trouble in her eye's the troublesome son.
I really love the end where tom talks about his feelings and fears. and asking bill if they'll always be together was sweet. and it spoke his fears of losing bill and never wanting anyone else but him in life. he's really atached now and can't see a future that doesn't evolve bill. he wants to be reassured that bill wants the same things from their relationship. and wants to know that at least bill will never hate him or not believe in him. and in a way simone made their relationship stronger and more dependent on eachother.
oh the break away was interesting I want to see how you use it in the sequel.
I really thought it was cute and sad from beginning to end of chapter. and the paper towel was funny because simone didn't now why there was a mess. I want to see how the sequel goes so post soon. don't keep us waiting in suspense. and you should have a completed note to the story but I don't know how. so be looking out for the sequel to see where they are now and where you take them and their relationships.
Author's Response: I don't know either... well this one got a lot cause I said if they didn't comment wouldn't put the sequel up. It was very true but it got 10 reviews and I usully draw the line at 6 or 7 so it's going up. Matter of fact it's going up right now ;)
Thats funny though, that your dad was mad that the DVD was missing and not what was in it but stupid you got introuble for having it and your brother didn't.
In a way I wanted Simone to be harsh. Sad that she's turning into a mean mother... but it will lead to many things in the boys relationship. Your thought was also right. I think Simone see's Tom as the 'ring leader' and see's him more punk-ish. Also since Bill is so 'sweet' and 'innocent' she baby's him more. I think it's kind of human instinct to keep the bad away from whats left of the good. Does that make sense? But in all Tom isn't bad. You see that when Tom opens his feelings up to Bill ^^.
I should just ahve you make my end notes for me I swear XXDD. I have a special surprise for you in the sequal 8). You'll see when you go to check it out.

I feel that bill is scared of change or the unknown. he's technically a control freak. he needs to go with his head and not emotions or instincts. this is shown in the whole simulated sex.
so now time to explain myself. well first tom makes a great argument about the what's going on in the video. By mentioning that their closeness and showing their love was the means to their happiness was a very great analysis on tom's part. He is kind of manipulating bill in a way. Using the opportunity that present itself tom knew that he could do those things with him if he just worded right. With the right words of this is the "closest" people can get.
And bill just jumped at the opportunity because deep deep down he wants to do more too. But only his way and under his conditions. Still bill is very innocent and naïve compared to tom. So as you said steps behind in the raging teen boy side. He feels like it's right and that it's different then anything they've done but he still doesn't understand and in a way. But he did have some moment of abandoned logic and just went with what felt good. And when they were trying to replicate what they saw you really captured their innocence and naivete. But at the end both had a different outlook you can say. Eventhough bill had full control of what happened and how at the end the whole situation opened his eye's alittle to his feelings towards tom. But his body was definitely confusing him with how it reacted to the simulated sex. He showed that he still trying to
Figure out things while tom seems to think that he has a better understanding of where they're relationship should develop. Hopefully someday soon or in the future they can be on the same page.

Well the whole tape happened to me once so saw that coming. My little bro. had taken the comedy movie I wanted to see in his room but had porn in it instead.

Anyhow I think you're right, deep down Bill does want it but I don't think he really caught onto it, or noticed thats probably what he really wanted. And you're right Tom is a manipulator even though I don't want him to be. I truelly believe he doesn't mean it in harm just a young teeny growing. And as you saw you do see how the position of the relationship is going. Bill is discreetly the one in control while Tom openly believes he is. I find that kind of funny lol. However I think Bill has yet to notice he has that kind of power ;).

Poor Tom, good on Bill to tell him other wise though...I know what Tom goes through my mom used to yell at me for no reason when it wasn't my fault in the beginning. Can't wait for the sequel.

I thought this was the perfect ending for this story. It was still in the same vein as the other chapters, but did give a glimpse of change (especially with Simone and Tom). Can't wait for the sequel!

I love the way Tom convinced Bill to do this. It's so realistic. And the actual act was kinda innocent...in a weird way. The fact that they didn't know how to have actual sex (at least with another male) really highlights that they're still just kids. Really great chapter!
