I'd be happy to elaborate: A vasectomy is a modern surgical procedure that prevents the little spermies from swimming. It's a permanent method of contraception see? So how they do it today (and in this story) is they just make an eensy inciscion (like a centimeter or less)on the back of the scrotum. Then they either cut, burn, or pinch off the vas deferens (the tube thingy that the sperms go through to get out of the penis). The procedure is so minor that (today) they don't even put you to sleep; they just use a bit of local anesthesia to numb the area, snip the thing, give you one single stitch, some aspirin, and send you on your way. The healing time is two to four days. So the only thing different about Bill is that now he'll be shooting blanks. Get it?rn
