Author's Response: Well when you think about it Bill isn't really behaving that abnormally. I mean, he's been kidnapped, locked up, and designated someone else's sexal property. Tom may have rescued him, but that doesn't mean Bill has to be happy about the situation he's in. Just think how you'd feel if your freedom was stripped in such a fashion.
