It's a really good and light beginning,I'm waiting to see Bill as the band singer already xD
I'm still in doubt about Tom but he seem a pretty normal popular boy.(so to not care about the girl being a botch just because of the looks is not shocking -_-'
I found really interesting that sometimes Bill dress up himself, I have a feeling we'll see that in a few chapters ^^

Oooh, very promising! I like the way you're portraying Bill, he seems like such a doll. Tom is a bit of a mystery yet, except for not caring about inner beauty as the gir looks hot, that much we know :)
The dialogue was funny, and though the warnings are not very light, so far this seems like a light, fun read that makes you feel a happy mood.
Haha, so how many chapters will it take before Bill becomes the singer of Tom's band ;)
