Whoops, and I forgot to mention, but the choose your POV thing was pretty cool. Made the fic into more of an experience, and I really liked that you weren't too obvious in trying to disguise the identity - there was just no natural need to mention it.

I can't say I liked the fic because this subject matter (both the rape and the suicide) doesn't do it for me at all, but I did like your writing. The intro could've been a lot more effective if it wasn't a huge block of text, but even so the writing was very streamlined and gutting at times.
It felt a little strenuous to read because chunks of it were depicting actions and then whole other chunks were introspective - the flow would've been a lot nicer if you wrote both simultaneously, you know? But you know how to pack a lot of meaning into very few words, and while I thought some of the second part was superfluous (a lot of the rhetoric I think you could've done without), the sucker punch lines made up for it:
I don’t think it would be so bad if you didn’t pretend to care.
I see you in the darkness, I feel you when I’m alone, I hear you in the silence.
I’m falling but you’re not here to catch me.
Not just that, I think you pulled off first person better than most people could have - the use of the word 'you' was repetitive but in the necessary way, a kind of impact. And like I mentioned, suicide is a very touchy topic with me, and not something I think should be romanticized at all - but that last line was a bit gorgeous.
Good work. I'm looking forward to more from you. Hopefully stuff not quite as full of doom and destruction, but you know. :)
