Ok, it will a weird and random comment but that's what popped up in my head while i was reading this. Sorry but it's absolutely impossible for me to find Bill attractive as an escort with a name like Kasimir. The reason is that i have an uncle (50is, white hairs and all the stuff) that come form St-Kasimir and everything i heard that name i make me think about that uncle.
