Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said? This series is just wonderful! I sat down this morning, with my cup of coffee (how appropriate) and saw that this story had been featured. I was intrigued with the title, the name keeps reminding me of a Star Trek episode... but no matter. Needless to say, I've had three cups of coffee and totally ignored my housework while I read this whole series from start to where you've left off. I'm assuming there will be more!? Your story is so original, heatwarming, humorous and endearing. And the same can be said for your characters. I love Bill, he just cracks me up. His going from total disbelief to total encouragement just made me squee! Your Toms are also delightful. They warmed up to each other in their own way and time and it's added to the wonderful flow of the story. I'm sorry, I'm just babbling now. I can hardly wait for more of this series. *skips off on a caffeine rush to do dishes*

Tell me this isn't it, there has to be more right? It's so lovely, the two of them together...even if in a way they are in love with themselves.
I want to see this worlds Tom become the prince or something with the other worlds Tom. That would be so nice. And Bill could go too...even if they can't stay, they should at least go back to basai again for a visit or something, it's more interesting than just being stuck in the apartment, althought the near constant Tom/Tom action definitely wasn't dissapointing... ;D
Please write another story okay? and make it longer, with long chapters and more of them! I think I just found my most favorite story on here, I love it! *claps hands*

I absolutely love this! Most times, when authors put the sex scene in the first chapter, I can never continue, because, because if it's in the first chapter, then all of the future chapters will be nothing but meaningless smut. So I was apprehensive about even clicking to go to the second chapter. I can't begin to comprehend how grateful I am that you had a plotline, and not PWP. Yours is the first story I've read that starts with sex, but ends with an actual plot!! And what a plot it was! I LOVE you for that!! And again, you're so extremely talented. I really can't say that enough.
This story is beautiful! Absolutely gorgeous! It's modern, it's humorous, it's serious, and it's just a big bundle of perfection!! I absolutely LOVE how you have Tom falling in love, and yet he stays 100% in character! That's a rare quality, because most people tend to make him suddenly turn into one of those "perfect romantic renaissance men" from those cheesy romance novels XD So I'm glad that you kept him within his character. :)
There's so much more that I could say about this story, but then the review would be so long that it'd take ten minutes for the page to load! XD So, I will sign off with a question:
Is there going to be another story in the series, by any chance?
Author's Response: Just say no to meaningless smut in Basai! For this bit I just felt like Tom needed to just bite the bullet and GO for it. He had time to think it over, decide what he thought he wanted, and, really, he was either going to pounce straight away, or just rile the poor guy up and then scurry away again cause he gave himself too much time to weird himself out again. Once he's done it and realized that the whole world wasn't going to implode on him in supreme weirdness, well then hey, good to know. :D
Oooh, the horrible smooshy woobifying of a character. *shudder* Falling in love does change a person, SOME, but they aren't going to do a massive personality 180 just cause they have an affection for someone. Tom's still the same guy, he SHOULD be written as such, imo.
There IS going to be another story in the series. :D No worries that it's all over already.
