Oh my God. Probably that's one of the coolest things I've seen Bill say in a fanfic. I'm glad it shows how sex crazed Bill is, even though the boy won't admit it - as far as I know, not long ago he still claimed to be a virgin.
Oh, have I just spoken about Bill calling him a 'boy'? Nah! My bad. I'm kidding, of course. But seriously, I'm SO happy that I get to read stories like this every once in a while; if Bill is not a proper girl, then Cross Dressing is a very lovely solution, ;D
Still, Woman!Bill probably is rarer than this kind of fics... but Cross Dressing is... my God is a great invention! XD.
Indeed, probably these dresses suit Bill better than male ones. I'm sure about that. And AWWW!, Tomi recognises him, especially by his eyes, that's the part I love the most, how cute! :D

I really love your story, but I have to say it... your Tom => English Dictionary absolutely took the cake!!! I was reading it, and in my mind, I could hear a mix between Tom and a hardcore rapper accent, and when I read the english definitions, I heard a gentle, polished, British accent. LOVE IT!!! XDDD
