This is just as good, if not even better, than "Basai"! I truly love your writing. The motions are so realistic, and I appreciate the fact that you didn't just write it and go straight to smut smut smut! Now is totally and utterly not the time for smut. As you said, there's a plot here, and that plot doesn't currently leave its self open very well for the smut. If Tom just handed the action off NOW, it would come off far too much like he was just going along with it to get the Emperor to stick around a little longer. And, well, ew. That's not at all what they're supposed to be about.

Wow, that was a really good chapter -- lots of lovely development between Tom and the Emperor, and Bill and the Emperor -- nice, nice. And I can totally see now why you're holding off on the Tom!sex -- Tom just isn't ready for it. Perhaps you should make a third installment...? :D
Author's Response: You know what's what. :) Tom totally isn't ready. Throwing them together too soon just wouldn't work, it wouldn't feel honest. I would want Tom to actually be at LEAST 90% behind the idea (he's always going to be a little trepidatious) before anything happened. It's a big deal for him.

I think I say basically the same thing every chapter but I can't help it. I adore this story. I love the emperor to bits and I love how easily tom just falls into his arms and I adore bill in this. Is bill shocked, annoyed or jealous? I can't decide lol. Love it, love it.

Oh god the UST is killing me -- you'd think Tom would've given in by now, but no, he suddenly has *morals* about sex. Perhaps his actions are just reactions to other people's actions -- Bill's a prude, so he's a man whore; Emperor Tom's very persistent, so now to balance things out,*he's* the prude. And perhaps a little bit in denial ;)
