Really? ;_; You are so, so sweet to dedicate this chapter to me, I don’t even know what to say. You know how I adore this story and your writing, and it just makes me feel all bright and blushy. ♥
When I got the notification for an updated fic in my email I knew it would be this one, don’t ask me how, and I was so excited to see it was! =D
This chapter really feels like they’ve come so far to me. I love the easy companionship, how they’re familiar with each other. Things like Bill having a certain place to set his bag, Bushido knowing he’ll look for his Chapstick, Bill always wanting Bushido’s shirt off so he can touch his chest and how Bill curls his elbows under himself. All of those things that seem like they shouldn’t be all that important, but add so much to the story.
It shows up again at the end of the chapter when Bill wants to talk about cell phone antennas and Bushido about Bill’s funny ears. That was just so incredibly adorably sweet to see! They can banter without the bitchyness – although there’s something to be said for bitchyness as well, of course! ;) – and it’s just perfect.
One of the many things I love about these characters – I may never run out of things! – is that they have different perceptions of each other than the other has of himself. How Bill is so anxious over the things he can’t do or doesn’t want to do, while Bushido sees him as the complete opposite and it’s so obvious to him that Bill does want those things.
Bushido can guide him in some ways, take the lead as he said, and there’s something really precious about that. I’m so happy to see he can do that without taking advantage or going too far. Also, Bill let Bushido take the lead, putting his trust in him, which is a huge step for him! I really think Bushido is so worthy of that trust, that they both could be, and I hope they can find it out themselves. ♥
And Bushido is staying longer at the recording studio because he suddenly is dissatisfied with the songs. I see what you’re doing there, Bu, and I approve greatly. ;) I wonder if Bushido sees what he’s doing there, or if Bill does. Give in to it, give in! =D
Reality looms at the end there, and I hope it doesn’t affect either of them too negatively. They can go back and forth between so many moods, bantering and head butting, easy comfortableness and affection, and sometimes uncertainty about what they’re doing together at all. It’s so turbulent but so exciting to read!
Such a wonderful chapter, and I am still full of blush that you would dedicate it to me. ♥

It makes me feel so fluttery and guilty at the same time, because I am still head over heels for Through His Eyes and I haven't reviewed forever - it's unfair that you give me such a wonderful gift and I can't even piece together my thoughts well enough to write you a review an eighth as well thought out and insightful as this one. Everything that you mentioned makes me giddily excited -- that they have established habits, that they both are better at reading the other than they are themselves, that Bill is beginning to give Bushido control -- all of this is exactly what I had hoped to get across in the chapter. That you read so carefully and understand the characters so similarly to how I am struggling to portray them is just the biggest compliment and such incredible motivation; every time I read your reviews (because when I'm feeling down about my writing I come back to them for encouragement... this is something for which you should feel completely free to make fun of me) it just makes me want to write more. I of course can't thank you enough, which was why I attempted to tell you how much it means to me by dedicating this chapter to you (that, and this is probably the fluffiest their relationship will ever get lol -- since you are the uncontested queen of fluff, I could see no other option lol). Truly, your support means so much (and sorry that it took me a month and a half to tell you so - my slowness is pretty much comical by this point).

Oh, I just LOVE how it seems they are in a relationship, rather than just fooling around. I love the way Bushido is falling for Bill, albeit unwillingly ;D That last part is so sweet how they were playing around and Bill was having so much fun, then Bushido had to go ruin it. I also love that Bill was mostly willing this time and Bushido didn't fuck him, even though he really wanted to, because he promised Bill he wouldn't. God, I think I want them to fuck almost as bad a Bushido does ;)
This is one of my favorite stories on THF and I get so excited when you update! You are one of my favorite authors as well. You are so talented and I'm so glad you continue to write for us :D I don't even care if I have to wait months for updates from you (not that I had to), I will wait because your writing is worth it!

Oh my God, this was so... *spreads love all around*
I couldn't believe my eyes when I recieved the notification from THF saying that you had updated, I was alomst sending you an email to ask you if I was daydreaming or something, then I recovered in time to avoid making a fool out of myself X'D And then I ran to read this chapter and I loved it!
There was that scene where Bill was begging Anis to just get his finger in him and Bu kept telling himself he WOULDN'T fuck the kid, because he'd promised, and even though he was going crazy he was going to keep that promise... oh god, I don't even know why, but I was crying right then. It was all so intense, and seeing the two of them so... so... I don't know, so perfect together, with Bill trusting Anis and Bu wanting to protect him... That was great!
And then, at the end, when they talked about nothings and then rolled on the bed laughing... they were so cute. And it's sad watching them denying this "feeling"(?) between them, but we know they're taking things slow and we're waiting patiently for them to accept everything =P
And I've got the feeling Bushido didn't prolong his stay in Dusseldorf just because he wasn't satisfied with some songs... ;)
Oh God... Okay, as soon as I get over the turmroil of emotions that this updated has caused me, I'm gonna start translating it in Italian at once! ^^

I think I may have told you this in an earlier email, but this review was so incredibly sweet and could not have made me happier. That you got emotional during the scene in which Bu is convincing himself to keep his word is just better than anything I could have imagined--when I wrote it I found myself inexplicably crying as well, and that the emotion was able to come across the way I intended is just the best feeling in the world. I could go through every part of your review and tell you how much it means to me, but I think you know how inclined I am to ramble lol, so I'm just going to tell you thank you and hope you know how much it means to me that you're so invested in this story.
