Author's Response: While that would have been hilarious, and I totally would have done it had this been a oneshot or a crackfic, it really doesn't work for my portrayal of Bill. I've not yet mentioned him having a hard-on, I just let the reader assume that he does. Since guys have little control over getting erections, and Bill's character is a lot about control, it seemed incongruous to put it in there. So, I left it out, and let the reader decide if that happened or not.
