OMG finally he is showing Tom something that isnt cruel and a big lie. Showing that there is something that could make him stop, to make him drained of everything. Though if I was Tom, I would have thrown him out of the room and told him to stay out. I'm starting to think Bill has serious issues. I wonder whether he's just a psycho or something had happened to him to make him that way. If he is indeed just nuts Tom should use the 'get off & get out' rule, lol.
