Author's Response: This concept seems to throw everyone off their game. German is really English, and English really is German. So Bill is teaching Tom German, but because I switched the languages, I switched the accents. Just go with it. Pretend it makes sense and just accept that it's going to be a little confusing.

I have a few things to say.
First off, I'd like to say how great this story is. I can really see everything going on and it's very realistic.
Second off, this is one of the very few -and possibly only- fic to make me mad. I've been sad, happy, giggly over a fic but never angry. Everything just always seemed so... unemotional.
But this really get me going. It arises sympathy for the characters and hatred at those who hurt Tom. I've read a lot of brutal fics, and none of them made me feel like this. You've done a brilliant job.
I truly want to march right into this story and protect these boys. I even find myself shouting at my computer when something terrible happens.
Author's Response: What a lovely complement. To have an effect on someone reading your story is a great and wonderful thing. That you feel it's realistic is very nice, and that you get angry at it is amazing! And it's always lovely to be called brilliant so thank you! - It's meant to be claustrophobic, not necssarly physically but emotionally. I imagined myself as both the captor and the captive. I bet there's a lot of power holding someone like that. Tom has been through more then you think and it’s deeply affecting him. It was meant to be subtle and not to be physically damaging as much as it is emotionally. You just wait until you've gotten to the end, you'll be screaming at me instead of the fic. Just remember I put those quotes from my friends for a reason.

wow. that was a mindfuck. so didn't see that coming. i have so much floating around my head that i don't know what to say. i love that bill went with tom after he found out everything anyway. truly a testament to how much his mind and personality were altered by the things he experienced. and i con not get over the fact that tom was 'the third one', OMG!

wow, it took me about 2 1/2 days to read this story.
& man was i hooked.
i didn't think i'd like something so... violent, but i just got so hooked onto 'shit, what's gonna happen next?'
& i REALLY didn't expect bill to become tom's... sidekick? but, in a way, i think the ending here would've been better than a happily ever after. it wouldn't make sense for them to be all happyhappy & never be caught.
this is seriously a sick story...
which is why i'm adding to to my fave's :3

That was one of the BEST slash stories I have ever read! And I've read my fair share...trust me, from Tokio Hotel to The Madden twins. As a reader I am enthralled and as an author I am impressed. You did one helluva job and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip!

Ok I've read it and I must say it's really well written. I like the way it's kinda mysterious, because you don't know what's happening either. And I really like the plot with Tom being the boss and all. I was wondering is Tom "the third one"? (I'm sorry if you already explaned this :p)

Author's Response: Don't get boged down by the language thing. Just know if you can understand it you're meant to and if you can't then you aren't. At this point you aren't supposed to know why they are there. Don't worry it will be explained! Glad you like it so far.
