Hmm that was a very interesting chapter. Now I'm suspecting Jost too.Any chances he fell in love with his boss?Jealousy can make people do crazy things,especially the people you don't expect to do so.I think Pangerl is innocent.
I'm still suspicious of Bill,but less than before. he is using his acting skills,and is manipulative using his looks.He may look delicate and all but in reality he is anything but?The frenchman could be no one but him lol.But we don't have enough element of Bill's past and his location back then so...
Tom is always thinking about little things Juliette did when she was alive.It shows how much he misses her,and I'm glad you write it that way because it is very realistic,a reaction expected from someone who has lost A dear person.It's cool too that Tom kept the information from Bill.It would be rather unprofessional of him and it shows that he is cautious.
As for their relationship,i'd not qualify it as "love".Bill is in a vulnerable position and Tom is even more vulnerable than him,he is fragile emotionaly.But eventually maybe they'll have a "steadier" or "healthier" relationship?Or their feelings would be real,like love even sans relationship?What if Bill is the murderer,Tom has to stop him,it's his job,and they end up killing each other?Or one of them kill the other? O__ô?Or one kill the other and then kills himself romeo and juliette style,where there was a misunderstanding.It's funny how Bill would be "Juliette",Tom's Juliette in the end he has two juliettes both dead lol

I really want to believe that Bill didn’t shot Bushido and I feel slightly guilty when I think that he did it(especially since we know about his cruel past but maybe it was just a lie...but I think it wasn’t...) because I want to believe in this innocence so badly. If he is the ‘killer’ than he didn’t do it because of the money but maybe because he had a hallucination and he thought that Bushido were his dad and so he shot him ‘accidently ‘. Or maybe Bills parents shot him because they want the money or something like this (or they still use Bill as a kind of decoy for rich men and then the parents kill them because of the money that would be terrible sad). Maybe the ‘Frenchman’ is the reason behind the case, maybe he wants revenge so he let his helpers kill Bushido and he knew that Tom would get this case, meet Bill, fall in love with Bill(of course he would!)and then he would let kill Bill to hurt Tom again (:o ...twisted xD). Or Bushido had to do something with the Frenchman and Tom figured it out and when he was drunk he shot Bushido and now he can’t remember it. Georg could have done this because he was jealous (because Bushido had Bill) or Gustav ( because of what odd reason I couldn’t figured out now xD). Anyway I have a bad feeling that Bill or Tom(maybe both) will not survive this story, I’m afraid that Bill will kill himself in the end but it’s just a guess :/. You really caught me with this story because your writing is heavenly and the story is complex in so many different ways. Besides thank you for the long chapters!

Obviously I can't tell you if you're right or not, but I adore that you've put so much thought into it. I really wanted someone to try and crack it before it's all said and done, so I appreciate your effort. Keep an eye out to see if you're right!

Holy crap.
Just when I think it couldn't have been Bill. Girl, you've got me good with this one. I truthfully think this might be your best story yet.
The dialogue in this is fantastic, I love the pacing, and the character development is so steady. And truthfully, I'm all for porn, but I was quite glad that there wasn't much detail to the sex in this scene. Because it wasn't about body parts, and you did such a great job with it. Really, just a masterful piece here, Sophia.
