Ouch. I didn't see this coming, Tom getting it on with another boy who's not Bill - with girls, it's easier to take (though that is shit hard as well). Poor them, sometimes you should just throw away your morals and beliefs society wants you to have, and do what makes you happy - they're not hurting anyone, they're both free-willingly in a loving relationship. Or, hopefully will be :)

You’re making me cry *big teary eyes* and it physically hurts inside me
And it’s so damn good. Not the pain, that doesn’t feel too good, but the way you manage to make me feel pain with only words, words not even meant to hurt anyone, words about the twins hurting.
Must admit I only skimmed through the part with the girl, but the part after, the part where Tom was feeling so guilty and I didn’t know if I wanted to comfort him or Bill…just wow!
I’m hoping for a happy ending to this (aren’t I always)
