I’m realising as we start the journey towards their super badass void-eyed dark twisted lover situation, that even after more than ten years I find myself adoring… everything… about it… I’m also realising that this story informed SO MUCH about the way I develop my own characters in my stories. I’m always writing that unbreakable-bond type stuff, the will-literally-destroy-Earth-for-you stuff. Even the “I’ll tolerate this X person because they’re your pet but won’t cry if we decide to kill them” stuff. I cannot believe how deeply rooted all of this was, for me. Clearly your story was my all-time fave back then because it already resonated with me, but it’s good to see how deep your influence went. I write for an entirely different fandom now; but you’re seriously making me wanna write an ode-fic for you and maybe call my OTPs child “Corinne” in honour of the sequels… anyway. Love you majestrix, you’re a part of my journey into the world of fiction and I shall always remember it.

Hello! No idea if you're still around, but i just wanted to drop by and say that this was my all-time fave story when I was growing up. I'm no longer in the TH fandom, haven't been for almost 8 years, but today I was reminded of this and my heart coiled with warmth.
This piece of fiction and its sequels were everything to me, I must have read them upwards of 20 times! Saving it right now so I may read it again. Thank you for all you have written, for all you have taken us through! All the love to you, and to my fave TH fic

Oh my gosh this is probably one of the best fiction I've ever read!! i just didn't expect Gustav to be part of the police that was just the big surprise of the story!! I'm so glad that Tom and Bill survive the explosion, i was about to cry when i though that they were dead! This fiction is just amazing !
