Nice to se you're back! I've been weaiting for a new update already...
...and it wasn't a disappointment.The best parts are those where Tom is trying to figure out his life. Here it was like a dream again. He's so far away most of the time.
The kiss in the end was a big plus. Cute as a kitten :). I wonder how it would be, if you meet someone for the first time and he would be that lovely as Bill is, than of course you would fall in for him, but.. Bill is Tom's twin, but because of Tom's state, he actually isn't. He's technically his twin, but in practise he's a new person for Tom. It must be a weird feeling.

I really try to get it through in my writing how Tom is feeling and what he's going through. Hah, you know Tom didn't stand a chance after seeing Bill.
