You cannot respond to reviews because there is a bug in Efiction that does not allow some coauthors to respond to reviews. It's nothing personal, in fact I cannot respond to my coauthored fics either, and I run the site. We can't fix this problem, so I would suggest thanking your reviewers in the end notes.
